iMs accepts orders online from companies, organizations and agencies located within the US and Canada. A secure account can be established by going to Create Account and registering as a new customer. All accounts registered online are set up as credit card accounts.


Online orders via the iMs Supplies shopping cart receive automatic email confirmations. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an additional automatic email with tracking information. Tracking numbers and shipment method can be viewed along with your order details, which is accessible through your online account. Order detials are available as soon as an order is placed. Tracking informaion will be available in your online account after shipment of your order.


As a service to our customers, iMs does not require a minimum order quantity or minimum order dollar amount on orders placed.


All orders placed online are subject to approval by iMs.


iMs is required to charge sales tax on shipments to Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, and Tennessee states only.


TAX EXEMPT: Please see question below about changing to tax exempt status.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. For your convenience we also accept PayPal as a payment option. Just select "Pay with Paypal" in the final checkout process.

All transactions are secure and encrypted. Credit card information is never stored.

We use secure socket layer technology (SSL) and AES-256 bit encryption technology to protect our customers personal information during the checkout process. As an added precaution we do not store credit card information.

iMs Shpping Methods

All iMS orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Although ground shipping will be the default option, customers can choose from other available delivery services available. (i.e: Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, etc.. )

Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated by the carrier during checkout. Shipping cost is largly based on: weight of the order(total weight of items ordered), distance the order is traveling, and the type of service needed. In general, the faster the delivery, the more expensive the cost.

NOTE: Neither FedEx or UPS will ship to PO Boxes.


Shipping Time:

Orders that are placed via the iMs Supplies shopping cart by 5PM CST are usually shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to your order total upon checkout.

All orders are shipped from AL Zip Code: 35805.  Click Here to calculate time-in-transit for ground shipping.  Note: Saturday, Sunday, holiday and shipping initiation days are not considered business days.

We have many customers that are tex exempt. To change your customer status to tax exempt you will need to do the following:


  1. Make sure that you have already created an iMs Supplies account.

  2. Contact us by filling out the form below.

    • Make sure to select "Request Tax Exempt Status" from the "Subject" drop down selection.
    • Please include as much information as possible.
  3. Requests will be processesed during business regular hours, usually that same day.
    (Mon-Fri | 8am - 5pm CST)

  4. Note: Upon receipt of your request, we may require proof of tax exempt status.

RETURN OF GOODS AND CLAIMS POLICY

All return and refund request must be brought to the attention of an iMs representative within the designated times listed within this policy and authorized prior to the return. iMs Representatives can be reached by filling the contact form below, and selecting Questions About an Order.  Our customer service hours are 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. CST, Monday – Friday.


Undamaged/ Non-DOA Returns

The following are required for all returns of this type:

  1. NO open box returns for non-DOA products. Product box must be clean and undamaged, with no marks of any kind. This includes writing, stamps, or shipping labels, i.e., written RMA numbers. All products must be double boxed.
  2. Original manufacturer's packaging, both inside and outside must be used. Returns must be complete with all manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc., just as the customer received them.
  3. Customers have 15 days from date of invoice to request a non-DOA return. The RMA number issued is valid for 15 days from issue date.
  4. Product is subject to a restocking fee up to 25% in addition to return shipping fees. (Alere Products Only)
  5. Products that show signs of use are not returnable
  6. Customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning product.

Shortages/ Damaged Goods Returns

iMs must be notified within FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS following date of delivery, of any claims relating to

  1. Product shortages,
  2. Products shipped in error,
  3. damaged goods/goods lost in transit

or goods shall be deemed accepted by the customer. iMs will arrange for replacement product to be sent to the customer, following notification and refund will applied to the original invoice following the return inspection of product(s) returned, and/or once the delivery claim has been closed with the carrier. All damaged merchandise must be returned back to iMs and a copy of the packing slip must be sent with all returns. Photos may be requested for proof of damage reported.


Quality/ Product Performace Claims

All presumed defective products, should be reported to an iMs Representative at the first sign of product deficiency. Product complaints relating to patient safety or product malfunction should be reported immediately and/or no later than 48 hours. If the customer has remaining quantity of the lot in question, our returns department will issue an RMA and a call tag will be valid for 7 days, to have all remaining lot in question returned back to iMs. Replacement product may be sent at the time of notification; however, the refund amount applied is determined and issued following the closure of the investigation. Partial returns are only accepted on returns related to product performance or recall related claims.

  • If the complaint is confirmed a full refund or credit will be issued for the returned product and replacement product.
  • If the complaint cannot be confirmed, a partial refund may be issued for the quantity returned and the replacement product may be discounted.

All credits are reviewed by QA and Management to determine the best solution for our customer with each complaint processed.
